small room weak coffee

the room felt quite small, especially with luggage. i struggled a bit to move around comfortably (i even bumped into the furniture a few times!). also, the breakfast selection wasn't as varied as i had hoped. the coffee machine produced weak coffee, i really wished they offered stronger options.

The location was convenient, with easy access to two subway stations. (This made getting around fairly simple.)

My room was quite small. It was difficult to move around with luggage open. The walls also had several stains, giving the impression that they had not been properly cleaned.

Excellent Hotel Experience

I found the staff very helpful and supportive with all my requests. The bed was comfortable, and the room offered good space for luggage storage. I particularly enjoyed the all-day specialty coffee provided. The evening happy hour and nighttime Japanese meal were superb extras.

The room was small, made moving around with luggage a bit challenging.

Location near train stations proved convenient. I could easily access multiple subway lines and the main station within minutes. A Family Mart located right below the hotel WAS very useful. Complimentary drinks and snacks offered throughout the day added value.

the hotel is very close to two stations and i liked that tokyo station is only about 15 minutes walk away. i found lots of restaurants and konbinis near the hotel which was really convenient. the room was streetside, but it was quiet and i slept well.

the room layout felt weird. it had a strange shape and this. there are two tvs, one on each side of the room, even though the room is small. the toilet had a washlet, but the control panel was far away.

The hotel boasts a fantastic location. Two train stations are within a few minutes' walk of the entrance (very useful). The proximity to the train stations made commuting effortless. Family Mart is conveniently located in the same building, it provided easy access to necessities.

I really enjoyed the location. It was so convenient. i found the level 2 lounge access especially useful for a simple snack in the evening. the family mart downstairs was also a big plus. the city views from the upper levels were a treat.

the room was a bit small, but it was clean.
